“We bring two very different–but equally important–perspectives.”
One centers around women’s financial education and empowerment, while the other is based on more than two decades of experience in wealth management of affluent families, making this a truly unique collaboration.
Our individual work supporting women’s financial well-being and identifying the gaps in what was currently available brought us together to found Sendero’s Women & Wealth, a pioneering financial service experience for women. We share an understanding of the emotional side of money, as well as the belief that women want to play a more active role in their financial lives.
Meet the Founders
For nearly a decade, Steph has served as a women’s financial advocate, wealth strategist, educator, and national thought leader on the issue of women and wealth.
A painful life transition opened her eyes to the journey women must take to reengage with their finances once they’ve leaned out, and she has focused extensively on helping women take those first, essential steps to opting back in. She saw a need for women to gain access to financial resources beyond her practice, which inspired her to co-found this initiative with Liz.
Liz is a second-generation wealth advisor, who has spent her career building relationships with clients, guiding them to use their wealth to achieve their family’s goals and positively impact the local community.
She’s the CEO of Sendero Wealth Management, responsible for $3.4 billion under advisement. Over the years, she has seen how the financial service industry fails to connect with and inspire women. Liz co-founded this initiative with Steph to create a highly-effective solution to this longstanding problem.
